Asphalt
Asphalt
Hot mixed asphalt is a dark, smooth and durable surface that is produced in a plant with a mix of aggregates, bitumen and sand. It is then applied on site with either a paving machine or laid by hand. The thickness of asphalt laid is determined by the load it is to bear and the volume of traffic carried. Different colours of asphalt are available upon request.
Hot mixed asphalt is ideally used for roadways, subdivisions, hardstand areas, carparks (including undercroft carparks), driveways, airport runways, railway beds, playgrounds, bicycle paths, and all types of maintenance/ repairs.
We are able to reinstate asphalt trenching by machine with widths as low as 300mm. In turn enabling us to complete hundreds of meters of trenching in minimal time and achieving a smoother result.
Weather you have an existing roadway that requires resurfacing, or a new pavement that requires designing from the ground up we can assist with a range of options to suit.
